Just Enough Tai Chi – Terms of Participation & Disclaimer

1. General Disclaimer

All activities offered through Just Enough Tai Chi—whether online or in person—are for educational and wellness purposes only. By joining any of our classes or courses, you acknowledge that participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

This is not a medical or therapeutic program, nor is it a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Health & Safety

Tai Chi is a low-impact discipline, but as with all physical activity, there is a risk of strain or injury if done improperly or without awareness.

By participating, you confirm that:

• You are in suitable physical condition to take part.

• You will consult a medical professional if you have any existing injuries, illnesses, or concerns.

• You will stop immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, or pain.

Listen to your body. Work within your range of comfort and ability.

3. Online Course Participation

Online lessons are delivered remotely and may include recorded or live video content. This means:

• You are responsible for your own physical space and safety.

• Any coaching or feedback is based solely on what you submit—it does not replace in-person correction or instruction.

• You are advised to practice with care, especially when attempting new movements or postures.

4. Certification Terms

Only individuals who have completed the Just Enough Tai Chi Instructor Certification Program and received a formal certificate are permitted to:

• Teach this course

• Promote themselves as certified instructors

• Use associated branding or course structure in any commercial way

Completion of the main course does not grant certification to teach unless you have also passed the instructor assessment.

5. Community Conduct

Whether in person, in our online courses, or in our Facebook communities, we maintain a culture of mutual respect, support, and professionalism.

We reserve the right to remove access to any part of the program in the event of:

• Disruptive behaviour

• Offensive comments or actions

• Violation of these terms
