    In-Person Class Details


    In-person classes at Playsport East Kilbride

    We meet Fridays at 7:30pm or Tuesdays at 1:00pm

    You’ll find us in the studio just behind the main Playsport reception.

    Simple, flowing movements to improve balance, posture, and energy.
