We follow the Five Winds Tai Chi Chuan syllabus. Step by step, you’ll build a complete system


Extension: Weapons Training

Spear, Sabre, Sword — focus, power, precision

Weapons teach intent, control, and dynamic energy — extending your skill beyond empty-hand forms.

Application:

Self-Defence Principles

Practical skills rooted in Tai Chi movement

Understand the martial intent behind every posture, applied with efficiency and clarity.
